Ohio Street Residence

The site is a sub-standard property located in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village. The lot measures 25.5′ × 75′ with no alley access. Given the small, urban-lot constraints the design challenge was to fit in all of the necessary elements, including 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, recreation room, roof deck and 2-car heated garage.
