Rogers Park Garage

A 4-story, 250 space parking structure to alleviate the parking issues of the Rogers Park Neighborhood. The design focus is the skin of an otherwise pragmatic building type. Channel glass was layered over the structure in varying dimensions, orientations and textures to create a rich tapestry of textures. The base of the structure is wrapped in contextual brick masonry and a continuous steel canopy was utilized to connect the structure to the pedestrian scale.
