Falcon Boxing Gymnasium

The conversion of an existing multi-unit warehouse structure into a multi-tenant sports complex with Falcon Boxing Gym as the anchor tenant. The design required the demolition of a portion of the structure to make room for a new clear span indoor soccer field. The new addition was constructed of architectural precast wall panels articulated in a Mondrian pattern that support steel trusses that span 150’. A new steel structure wrapped in perforated corrugated steel was applied over the existing 1970’s masonry and cedar mansard roof façade.
